  1. Where can I pick up my ticket? Tickets will be distributed 45 minutes prior to the performance outside of the theatre.
  2. Tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged.
  3. Are seats roomy? Please keep in mind theatre seats are snug as most theatre's are old. If you require additional leg room please request an aisle seat. Note, all requests cannot be accommodated and are based on availability of the theatre.
  4. Mezzanine seats are located upstairs and most theatre's do not have an elevator so patrons with mobility issues should consider purchasing an orchestra seat.
  5. What time does the performance start? This matinee performance start on time at 3:00 SHARP. Patrons are STRONGLY encouraged to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start time of the performance.
